For packages with her nutritionists, Rujuta will oversee your eating plan as prepared by them and will give her inputs as and when required. You will however have no direct interaction with her over phone or email.
Q: What will be the involvement of Rujuta?

Q: How is the email and phone consultation different? How will it work?
No difference apart from the fact that you will interact with her over phone and email instead of meeting her personally. The entire pattern remains the same as her regular packages.
Q: How would I know whether I should take a longer duration package or not?
The idea is to empower you to follow a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and not just when you are ‘on’ a diet. This may take 6 months or an year or more depending on your specific case. Rujuta will help you in this decision.
Q: Can I start with a 2-month package and then extend it to 4/6/12 months?
Extension of packages one started is not possible.
'Results' is an ambiguous term in our dictionary. Just as eating wrong have an immediate effect on the body, so does eating correct. It might not be a measurable effect (read weighing scale) but you will start feeling better, more energetic and shrunk within a week or two of following the diet and exercising. Weight loss or rather fat loss, as Rujuta insists, is a by-product. So first thing you do: throw that weighing scale out.
Q: I am a non-veg/ pure veg. Will the diet plan accommodate that?
There is no bias towards non-veg or veg diet. The basic idea is to have an eating plan which will stay true to your likes and dislikes and hence is doable.
Q: I travel a lot. How would that be accommodated?
Most of our corporate clients have travel as an essential part of their jobs. The diet plan will be designed keeping in tune with the lifestyle and job requirements you might have.
Q: Will exercise advice also be included in the package?
Yes. Your current exercise pattern will be analyzed for any changes that need to be made. If you are not exercising you will be given a prescription to be followed at your gym. (Or you can join our gym at Matunga.)
Q: What kind of exercise is recommended?
Any form of exercise that challenges you and is an enjoyable experience.
