Its just not a concept, it's the basis of our working. When you are in the gym, we ensure you get personalized attention, every set, every rep, every time. In between every set, our trainers will ensure you do the right stretches to keep you injury free.
Again, a cool sounding concept that is hardly implemented in practice. Before you begin with us, our fitness expert will sit with you and based on your current fitness levels, body composition, specific conditions and fitness goals will device an exercise plan for you. Every month your progress will be tracked and changes made in the plan as required.
How do we achieve the above two? We limit the number of members on the floor at a given time. A healthy trainer to member ratio of 1:3 (or less) is maintained at all times so as to give our trainers the best chance to work efficiently.
We really believe in starting young on the path to fitness. URJA operates from within the campus of Ruia College, Matunga (the only gym to work within college premises) and we have specially designed packages for students.
Now this is a first. All our trainers, nutritionists and other staff have a stake in URJA and are co-owners. All profits and responsibilities are shared and the onus is on everyone to maintain the best standards of training and self-improvement. Talk of a motivated team.
