Rujuta has evolved her nutrition program over the last decade while working with people from all walks of life, be it those in the film industry, working professionals, homemakers or students. The basis of all the nutrition advice however is rooted in her deep understanding of the science of Nutrition (through her education) and her study of the yogic and ayurvedic philosophy, giving it an India centric focus. And it’s a continuing learning path.
