The Unique 2-Month Program

You can think of it as a middle path between the open day and a full-fledged consultation program. It's a 2-stage process: Rujuta and team conduct a full day workshop on a selected topic, for example, weight loss fads and facts, thyroid and pcod, diabetes, exercise and yoga, etc, and then the team nutritionists follow up with you over the next 2 months to ensure you are able to apply the learnings in real life scenarios. 
And the best part – the full day session is conducted at Rujuta’s ancestral farmhouse outside mumbai, amidst acres of fields, hills and forests, and you are served tastiest of maharashtrian food grown right there.

We give you homework to do; you fill in our effort tracker (diet and activity recall) every week and email it to us. Your designated nutritionist provides you feedback on the same during the 15-minute weekly interaction session.
Sonave is a tribal village on the outskirts of Mumbai, beyond Virar, just off the Western express highway. It is about 80kms from Bandra/ a 2-hour drive from the Mumbai airport. We will give you a map and exact directions on signing up.
Yes we arrange for your transportation from our office in Khar west. We leave Mumbai at 6:30 am and plan to come back around 6:30 pm.
Yes, you can. Book flights post 8.30 pm to be on the safer side. We leave by 4:00 pm from Sonave.
Yes, you get a note pad & a pen to take notes and we provide you a file with the print outs of all that was discussed and is worth remembering from the LS/ WLS session.
Your phone may not work in Sonave, we have electricity but it is well, unreliable. The last 1 or 2 km to the farm is a kaccha road and in the monsoon Sonave is magical.
The full day workshop will help you clarify your doubts and ask specific questions in addition to getting all the right information on food and exercise. The 2-month follow up with a weekly interaction ensures that you stay connected and committed to the learnings through regular analysis and feedback of your progress.
The difference lies in the level of involvement of the nutritionist assigned to you. Your designated nutritionist gives you homework to do; you fill in the diet and activity recall every week and email it back, she provides you feedback on the same over the phone for 15 minutes once every week.
No. You can be anywhere in the world and join this program since the follow up happens over phone.

However, we give preference to those who are willing to attend the workshop. We have had participants from across the globe who travel to Mumbai for the workshop.
