The 12-week fitness project by Rujuta Diwekar was an initiative to mainstream culturally relevant food and lifestyle choices for sustainable health. To prove that fitness is uncomplicated. That it needs to be looked at from a much broader perspective as compared to the reductionist view of – weight loss, calories, carbs, proteins and fats.
