The Wellness Holiday experience is a cool mix of culture, cuisine, mountains, people, group exercises, and sessions on food and nutrition.
Travelling is a part of my being and so is working. I decided to mix the two and call it Wellness Holidays (sounds cool na?) You come back not only rejuvenated, as you will from a good holiday, but also with customized nutrition and exercise programs. We conduct 3 such wellness holidays across the Himalaya.

This group holiday to Rishikesh with Rujuta Diwekar is an attempt to understand the very basics of the knowledge contained in the Yoga sutras, the right Asana techniques and practical nutrition for a wholesome way of life.
